The Army of Survivors More than a medal virtual 5k

The third annual More Than A Medal Virtual 5K Run/Walk will take place from Friday, October 15 through Sunday, October 17. Participants are welcome to take part in any way they choose, whether it be running, walking, or other self-care activities at any pace. This race is created for both runners and non-runners alike. Those participating can partake at any time during the three-day event.

All participants will receive a t-shirt, digital runners bib, email encouragement, 5K training plan, and a custom 2” gold “More Than a Medal” medal.

We strive to make sure that every person knows that they are More Than a Medal. Their value as a person, athlete, and sports supporter does not depend on the medals that they’ve won or the wins they bring home for their team.
