The goal of this check-in is to give some additional time and space to process what we have been learning, discuss how we can best support you, and to practice self care.

If there are any ways we can better support you or adapt this program to better serve your needs, we invite you to reach out to either or both co-facilitators.

Additionally, we invite you to please complete this short survey (10 minute maximum) to provide feedback on the program up to this point.
